Coaching with The CoMethod begins with a genuine question: what do you actually need right now? Not a predetermined framework, not a fixed number of sessions — but a real, attentive response to where you are and what you are ready to move toward.
The work is intensely responsive by design. Each session follows from the last, shaped by what has emerged in the room, in the building, or in the days between. Nothing is imposed from the outside. The pace is determined by readiness, and the direction by what genuinely needs attention.
The arc of the work tends to move from the inside out — beginning with a deeper connection to oneself: to one's values, patterns, and ways of moving through a professional community. For School Leaders
Coaching is available to individuals directly, and is also frequently commissioned by heads of school or administrators on behalf of a faculty member or colleague. In either case, the work is confidential, tailored entirely to the person being coached, and designed to strengthen not just the individual but the community they are part of.
